Prism works alongside PuroClean teams to assess and restore damaged electronics, commercial equipment, art, textiles, and documents. We coordinate specialty restoration with your project team, communicate clearly, and plan around the customer's priorities.
You stabilize the structure. We take on the specialty items that need more than standard cleaning, so your team can stay focused on the job.
We work alongside your project managers, share updates as work progresses, and plan around the schedule you are already running.
We communicate clearly and plan around the customer’s priorities, so the items that matter most come back first.
A school has smoke- or water-damaged classroom technology.
A restaurant needs damaged commercial kitchen equipment evaluated and restored.
A business has affected computers, servers, or specialized equipment.
A factory has damaged machinery, packaging, or processing equipment.

Large Loss Specialist, supporting our franchise locations
We’re excited to introduce Rachel Wines as the new Large Loss Specialist supporting our franchise locations.
Rachel brings years of experience managing large, complex commercial losses, including extensive work alongside Signal’s large loss teams. She has worked directly with Dan Dansby, Russell Clark, Al Roney, and their teams on major projects across the country.
Her experience includes managing Team Prism on large-loss projects such as the 250,000-square-foot SEW Eurodrive smart factory in South Carolina, as well as a major facility fire at Wilson Tool in Minneapolis.
Rachel has also worked closely with Signal on technical cleaning projects involving sensitive equipment and complex commercial environments. That experience allows our teams to work hand in hand with carriers, consultants, facility teams, and other partners toward one common goal:
Getting the customer back in business as quickly and safely as possible.
Rachel will be a key resource for our locations as we continue expanding our capabilities on large and complex losses.
02Circuit-level recovery for consumer, commercial, and server-room electronics affected by water, fire, or corrosion.
03Specialized art restoration for paintings, sculptures, and collectibles. Restoring items to pre-loss condition.
04Freeze-drying, decontamination, and digitization for water & smoke damaged records, books, and photographs.
05Specialty cleaning and restoration for fine fabrics, wardrobes, and soft goods damaged by smoke, water, or mold.
We work closely with organizations facing large commercial and residential losses — restoring electronics, art, textiles, and documents together, side by side.
A quick two-week turnaround on 200 items of school technology, including smartboards, Chromebooks, iPads, TVs, and computers, restored and returned in time for students and staff to get back to class without missing a beat.
A wide-ranging scope covering electronics, artwork, textiles, and artifacts throughout the historic building, including a set of hand-painted dry pigment scenic drops from the 1920s that required careful, specialized handling to preserve nearly a century of craftsmanship.
Primary focus was the commercial kitchen equipment after smoke and fire damage coated the line in soot and corrosion. We pulled the double oven for full restoration and delivered it back looking and running like new, getting the kitchen back up and open.
A fire that started outside worked its way into the building, affecting the cycling studio, IT server room, and electronics throughout. Our team ran a mix of onsite cleaning and full packout recovery depending on the area, restoring circuit boards, server equipment, and fitness gear to get the facility back online.
Thank you to everyone from PuroClean who joined us trackside at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. We were proud to sponsor the bar for the evening and even prouder to spend a few minutes sharing what makes specialty restoration different from everyday mitigation work.
Nights like this are about more than education — they're about the partnerships that get a policyholder's most irreplaceable property back where it belongs. We're grateful for your time, your questions, and your commitment to doing right by the people you serve.
Here's to the next lap together.
